To access most features of ppgames, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
Account accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure that all account details remain current. Changes to your name, address, or contact information must be reported to ppgames support promptly. ppgames is not liable for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.
All deposits made to your ppgames account must originate from a payment method held in your own name. ppgames does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, from anonymous third-party sources, or from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

In the event of account closure for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), ppgames reserves the right to withhold any balance, including deposits and winnings. The ppgames platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ppgames makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform, the accuracy of published RTPs, or the outcomes of individual gaming sessions.
ppgames collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the ppgames Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
